"Not worth the price they charge. If at $100/night OK. Thin walls and porous doors. Can hear the footsteps in the floor above you. If booked ask for higher floor. Difficult to find parking space. Only plus is, since little away from downtown the traffic noise can be less. If this had been in downtown forget about the sleep after a tiring hike at Arches."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Couldn't have asked for anything better. They called me to ask if I wanted an upgraded remodeled room for free, but I declined as I requested a room with a balcony. It overlooked the river walk area and a part of the town. Gorgeous view. Peaceful. Tucked away enough you didn't hear much noise from traffic. I brought my corgi with me. She loved it. There was a couple areas I could take her for potty breaks which was nice. I had a great stay!"

"This place was perfect. I am a construction worker, who’s managing a project in the canyon just along the Colorado River and this place was right there. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for my needs. I will be back again, considering my project will last till fall. "
