"What a treat! We loved staying at Finca Sunset! Our bungalow was absolutely perfect, cozy and romantic. The sunset views were a stunning end to every evening and the clouds rolling over the hills during the day were spectacular. The finca is close to town yet far enough away for privacy and a quiet environment. Toucans, hummingbirds and butterflies were an added bonus. The property was quiet, safe, clean, and every detail had been perfectly crafted. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Just a glorious place. Plus, if your place is up the hill from reception, you will get your exercise in the morning walking up and down the hill! The breakfast was fantastic with home baked breads and cakes, pastries (yes, they even had chocolate cake one day and an orange cake another day)! Plus, they have an omelet station. We ate dinner there one night and it was quite good. The warm pool is lovely. It's sort of like one of the natural hot springs in the area although maybe easier to swim in. The room was so nice. We had a king bungalow. The room had a refrigerator, a coffee pot, and even an electric tea pot. I loved it."

"I loved staying here and am so glad I found this little gem. It’s considered off season so there was no crowding and the staff were amazing and super welcoming. The place is located close to Downtown La Fortuna and I was able to get picked up and dropped off from all my excursions. Loved having the rainstorms in the afternoon evening and even took a nap on the hammock that was on my back porch with the forest view listening to the rain and the nature sounds. I brought a mosquito net zip around that came in handy for that. I had the most amazing in house massage from Jennifer. She came to my cabin and brought warm towels and aroma with her. She focused well on all my soreness from the three days of activities. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. They have wonderful breakfast and food for lunch and dinner."
