"Not properly cleaned. Maintenence had not been kept up. Toilet slow and clogged up the entire time. A/C wasn't working blew cold and hot air at the same time. The pool bar wasn't open once in the 3 days I was there. Everything was closed by midnight. Couldn't buy water bottle. None in the vending machines either. Would not return."

"Valet parking forgot about us - waited 45min after approaching the office 2 times however they were very sorry for it. River view room we paid for was partial. Housekeeping never attended our room. Beds were never made, had to beg for clean towels after we left the door request since day one. We were told if we want Housekeeping service we have to call and request it. Not a good stay probably won't return. Definitely won't recommend"

"First time in Laughlin, and I must say there really ain't much you are doing out here unless you're gambling, eating, or riding ket skis on the Colorado River. Riverside Resort is a good place for elders, and young children. If you are a person who looks for nightlife, Riverside Resort is not it. My room was no different than a days in room, with the exception of a small sofa(2 seater). I guess because of the sofa, it was considered a "mini suite". Shower water was good and noisy, lol. Front desk was helpful. Sportsbook is right next to the bowling alley. Food selections are okay. I would recommend the Prime Rib Room(about $30 plus tax). Just know, you only get one serving of prime rib."

"OK, we were only looking for a place to sleep. However, every ice machine on the property was not working. This is the desert and that is totally unacceptable. Oh, they offered one small quart size bag of ice. That might fill two glasses for a beverage if it didn’t melt by the time you got to your room. Oh, and if there were actually glasses in the room, even plastic which there were not. Then there wasn’t any hot water and I did hear other guests extremely complaining. We wanted to take a shower as soon as we got to the hotel as again, this is the desert. I asked the front desk about it and was told because we’re on a higher floor it takes longer. I understand that but totally ridiculous because some people don’t get that and letting the water run for 10 to 15 minutes before it gets warm is wasting so much water! Next: there is no place to eat a meal, an actual meal. Ever since they took down one of the most popular restaurants in Laughlin, it’s been going downhill. Another thing: there is no machine to cash in your ticket from the slots. Again, ridiculous that we have to stand in line at a bar, waiting for a bartender who is busy with bar guests, behind several other people trying to cash in their tickets as well. What is up with that? My opinion is that this place is slowly going under and saving every penny they can. With this kind of hospitality, it will be sooner rather than later I’m sure."
