I believe that this lodge is under fairly new ownership/management. The room cleanliness was ok at best. Limited towels, no remote for the TV, no ice available, limited bathing items, soap/shampoo. It said continental breakfast but that was unavailable. Limited staff hours/no late check in after 10PM-midnight. Parking spaces are very tight and the pool is "closed for repairs" and looks like it has been that way for a while. Also, the self serve laundry facility is also down for repairs. And last but not least, the sigh on HWY 95 does not light up/not working so it is easy to miss it.
It is OK for a last minute and it could be better. I hope that the new owners/management can bring it up to better standards.

La propiedad es totalmente descuidada la habitación no fue lo que había reservado , estaba en un estado deplorable el piso craqueado el baño no había toallas supuestamente tenía una bonita vista al rio ya solo se veía una área descuidada nada que ver con las fotografías que enseña expedía en conclusión al final decidimos no quedarnos ahí por qué el lugar era totalmente desagradable.y por supuesto se negaron a devolver lo que se había pagado , así que para nada recomiendo ese lugar.

Parking was decent. Staff was super kind and helpful. But the room was subpar. One pillow for two people. No remote. No phone. Outlets were off the wall. Overall the room was clean just bare minimum.

The room had one rickety chair, Coffee pot with no coffee. Anything to make coffee. No towels. Made the mistake of walking barefooted and the floor was filthy. Pool was empty and full of leaves. The Day , shift told us we had to use our password to get next flex. We would not do that. He had a bad attitude. We told him what we needed. He wrote it down and did nothing.

The toilet looked dirty and old needing a up grade and at 345 the fire alarm went off and tried calling the front desk and no answer went back to sleep after know it wasn't anything and 15 minutes later went off again at that point decided to just leave the hotel!! Pool was dry and no ice machine

I honestly thought that I would be dealing with some decent humans especially since they agreed to make accommodations for me via phone when I found myself in an unfortunate situation, and I was extremely grateful, but when I arrived at the property, the older lady working front desk was so rude that she had me in tears within not even 10 minutes! She was very cold and condescending and I had the feeling that she didn’t approve of me and my girlfriend being lesbians and she also basically questioned me on my furbabies’ because she was convinced that they were out in a hot car with no air conditioning on and when I told her that they were fine and that they were in the air conditioning she argued with me and then she didn’t even give me the room that my mom had reserved for me!! She put me in a jenky, smelly, dive of a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet! Trash can was full, no blankets or towels, something white and suspicious all over the mirror, not swept up or vacuumed, all I can say is save your money and go across the river to Laughlin to the casinos where you can get a room that’s actually clean and people are friendly

The room we first were given had trash cans not emptied counter tops had not been cleaned,dirty stained towels etc. no way to lock front door with door jam that appeared to have been severely damaged from being kicked in, no cables for tv. We were moved next room over and again no cables or Roku box so with management approval we retrieved Roku box and management left to go find cable but had to go back again to office to remind her and was told she forgot because more complaints from people checking in. i was not able to get tv working and never had tv the whole time,management told me the whole motel was out and nobody had tv and they were working on it (lied to) still did not work next day ,again dirty stained towels ,one sheet/light cover on bed etc. pool was empty. very shady people hanging out in front of their rooms ,overly rude owner and staff we had to file a police report because they refused to give us a receipt. Lori Lascola the owner was extremely rude/unprofessional, i never write anything like this but it was very troublesome stay and by far worst hotel experience in my lifetime.

The staff was nice and accommodating. That is my only compliment. The property in no way appears as the photos show. Dilapidated, dirty rooms, door wouldn't even security bolt and appears like a low income housing development. The location was decent but all else was below standard and not as advertised. Very disappointing.

Rooms were nothing like any of the photos. No phones, beds on wheels, one towel, television and "free wifi" nonexistent. We got what we paid for as far as "luxuries". We did sleep well and it was quiet.

This is not the condition of the hotel pictured on the website. They lied! What is worse, they denied me my $125.00. I showed up and said a hard no, and they told me that I could not get a refund because they don't give refunds. I contacted Hotels.com, and although I had to speak to several supervisors, I was finally able to get my refund. Thanks to Hotels.com for protecting me. This hotel should be removed from the vendor list! This is not as advertized!

I notified the motel that we would be coming in late on Saturday evening right now. It’s 8 o’clock on Sunday morning and nobody has been here to open the door for us. We just spent the night in our car and I am 69 years old We also have three more days to stay at this hotel and I really don’t want to stay here. This place is the epitome of "ghetto"!
We reserved a non-smoking room and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The girl at the front desk said she couldn't smell anything.
There was one towel, one washcloth, a floor towel and no hand towel.
The room had NO blow dryer, disposable cups, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, chair, desk, phone,or a place to hang out clothes.
The only place to charge our devices was a clock that didn't work.
The bed spreads had stains on both sides.
My husband went to take a shower and threw up when he looked at the drain. It had a bunch of something (?) in it.
The property was filthy...garbage and cigarette butts everywhere.
They photographed my husbands license and credit card, which he told the girl he wasn't comfortable with and she said it was "company policy".

Rented the 2 bedroom apartment for Friday and Saturday. Upon check in the kitchen sink was clogged and full of nasty water. They didn’t have staff onsite to fix it for the entire stay, which ruined the idea of I’ll save myself some money and cook there instead of eating out every meal. the roof is water damaged in one bedroom, both bedrooms had stains on the sheets, scratches on doors and walls and general damage on the furniture. the beds felt like they were just pure springs no real padding, the pillows were more like throw pillows for a couch. the window ac units are filthy and damaged. I caught a fever from being in this room for two days. The night check in clerk was a positive note, she was friendly and did bring me a plunger to see if we could clear the sink. She also called to confirm we would be checking in Friday night. The Saturday morning person was not friendly, I think she was the manager and lied to me about being the manager. I voiced my concerns with her Saturday morning and she disregarded them completely.Durning check out the same attitude was present. This person doesn’t belong in a hospitality position if they can’t be at minimum considerate and polite. The annoying part was she had the nerve to tell me the owners and I won’t give you a discount for anything because you already got a good price when you booked online. The unprofessional service from this woman was absolutely jaw dropping, go to the casino Might cost a little more but better service.

We arrived at 6:45pm they gave us the key and the beds were bare and there was cleaning sprayand dirty papers towles no clean towels. The room was not ready. We agreed to wait for it to be ready. We got back at 11:45pm and the room was worse than it was at 6:45. Now there are bed sheets on the chair, a 6pack of beer and a fountain drinkbfrom thebgas station mavrick. I have never had this experience we were tired my kids were tired as it was midnight when they said theyd get the room ready. That meant they would put the bedsheets on, that was it. No cleaning just bedsheets. Its smelled like poop outside as we walked upstairs. The cleaning lady yelled at us that shes only 1 person and doing the best she can. Which mind you check in was at 3pm and it was 6:45. We just said maam there are no bed sheets we did not argue we were okay, just letting her know we were missing sheets. We have two videos from 6:45pm and the 11:45 pm one aswell. I wish to be contacted by someone who will make this right. A $10 credit does not make up for the terribke night we had. We had to stay at a casino which cost us almost $200. We had 2 more couples with us and told them to come to the hotel for a room only to be embarrassed by all 3 rooms and they refused a bottom one for my handicap mom.
