"Our main concern when traveling is cleanliness, which Etage exceeded our expectations. The gentleman in the hotel lobby was polite and helpful. Conveniently located nearby multiple restaurants, and having the convenience of a washer/dryer in the room was a nice addition! Will definitely return!"

"The hotel itself was nice for an older facility. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My only issue was the state of the parking garage. It was pretty disgusting- a measurable layer filth on the floors and walls as if it hadn’t been cleaned in there to any degree in years. Most disturbing was the large pile of human feces and toilet paper in the corner not far from where I parked. Nasty."

"Great hotel everything was Excellent, checking in was easy employees was friendly for my first time there i will most definitely be coming back.... also it was very reasonable in price, close to everything in the downtown area and walking distance as well, parking was reasonable in all this will be my first pick always as long as there are available apartment rooms. I would most definitely tell you book your rooms here first."

"Customer experience should be prioritized over additional charges. If bottled water is not complimentary, it would be better not to place it in the room, as it can create confusion for guests. Similarly, breakfast should ideally be included in the stay, and if not, the pricing should be reasonable and provide good value. Small gestures like these go a long way in creating a positive guest experience."
