I loved the design. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with staff who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It made the whole experience even better. "Room was ok but missing basic additions like dishwashing liquid and wipes. Drain in shower kept blocking up. Staff were excellent and room was cleaned daily, great location. "

Special thanks to Sila, the housemaid, who was very helpful, and the security team who were also supportive. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately we weren’t able to have it due to some circumstances. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality."
