衛生教育を徹底して頂きたい。

朝食を時間指定されるも、テーブルに運ばれるのは着席後15分後。スープ、卵料理も冷え冷え。バターナイフは直にテーブルに置かれた(テーブルクロス、ナプキンなし)。 風呂の浴槽には明らかに人毛と思われる物が沈んでいた。浄化が適切に行われているのか、疑問に思う。

住一晚太少、洒店整體質素非常之高

洒店有免費車接送來往青森站、晚餐是自助餐形式、食物質素非常之高、溫泉水質素就一般般、但環境是非常之好，員工非常之熱情、酒店附近是什麼也沒有，建議住兩晚或以上才可以慢慢享受酒店安排的活動、住一晚的話時間太趕、有機會的話都會再次入住

房間舒適安靜，在冬天參加飯店行程可以免去自行安排行程的困難（因為冬季大眾交通較為不便，許多公車停駛）。餐廳非常好吃，出乎意料。 預約從八戶車站到飯店的接駁車，並安排了飯店1515的景點行程，1500接駁車抵達飯店，飯店人員會優先安排參加行程的客人先下車前往集合處，很貼心！

Mainstream resort at beautiful location

Room was spacious and beautifully facing a river. Free shuttle to and from Shinkansen station, and to the trekking routes are great. No cosmetic remover at the public hot spring, amenities falling short from Dormy Inn which charged a quarter of its price. Apple was the best food served at buffet dinner.

Not a happy campers.

The hotel system is not updating timely. We paid for the children meals at Checkin but were asked to pay for the dinner again in the restaurant. They double charged us without realizing. Also the charge came up again when we checked out. Can’t believe it.. if we didn’t check carefully, we would have been over charged for 2 times... the air conditioning in the room was really noisy and the pillow was not comfortable ..overall, didn’t enjoy the hotel and think that it’s overrated cuz of its location.
