Staff were polite but, strangely, absolutely refused to make a call to a local restaurant for us to book a table (unfortunately we only have a data SIM in Japan so could not make phone calls). "Daiwa is our go-to hotel when visiting Hachinohe. The amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking attendants are so friendly and remembered us from previous trips.
