"Really what makes this hotel is the staff, the room service captain and his staff at the pool would treat us like kings and made sure our food order and drinks were always ready. When I became sick one late night the staff at the front desk contacted a doctor on call and I was able to speak to her on the phone and she arranged for me to go to a local hospital. "The water in the pool (which is indoors) at the property was somewhat cloudy, and I wondered about the hygiene standards. The spa with sauna and steam and whirlpools is amazing, but an additional $USD50/day so adds up. We had breakfast included and the buffet was really good everyday. "We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marbella. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They upgraded our room when we arrived due to our room not being ready and gave us complimentary drinks at their bar. The suite hotel room was very spacious and very comfortable. "Stayed there for a week . Hotel is in an upscale Roma Norte . It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect .
