Goodevening… when I book the hotel the page said you can pay on arrival and that they just needed my card for verification purposes. I said I was going to pay cash once there, just to find out they took the money off my card already, another thing is I said I was gonna fix the problem once I got there and meet a staff or employee just to not meet anyone, I only got a code for the room and you’re to check in, you don’t actually meet a person to talk to. And lastly, which is also my fault I booked the wrong date by accident, I was to book for 15-16 and I accidentally booked 27-28, I said I would fix it when I got there and meet someone there just to not meet anyone and when I tried to ask for a refund for the dates 27-28 through email they stated that it’s non-refundable even though I believe the page said it’s refundable and even if I cancel, it’s still non refundable, so I ending up paying for a date I didn’t even stay, that’s my complaint. however the room was clean and it does have AC, and the rest room was also clean, so that’s great, no problems there but I just wish the page was more honest about the refund part.
