Disappointed by the all inclusive eating as you are charged to exchange pool towels, rent tv control and room safe. Not all bars are all inclusive, no tea/coffee or bottle water in room.

Nous avons tout aimé : chambre impeccable, situation géographique parfaite, restaurant varié. Très bon accueil, avec la réception où tout s'est très bien passé, nous avons pu beaucoup échanger et plus particulièrement avec Manu qui fait de son mieux pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Pour nous, le seul bémol est le manque d'ambiance musicale qui permettrait à ceux qui le souhaitent de danser en fin de soirée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

4th stay at this hotel, recent renovations have brought the hotel up to standard but let down by the variable quality of food. Breakfast was fine but dinner was hit & miss. Roasts, fish & rabbit ok but chicken rubbery & goat stew tough. Stayed half board so lunch not experienced.

Habitaciones adecuadas. Con buenas camas, aunque algo blandas para mi gusto. Buen aire acondicionado. Con vistas y balcón. Comedor amplio con una calidad aceptable de la comida así como su variedad. Piscinas adecuadas para toda la familia. Ubicación ideal. A pocos minutos caminando de la playa. Buena zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Regalo de bienvenida en la habitación que es todo un detalle. Wifi gratis en todo el establecimiento, e incluso en las habitaciones, aunque algo lento de velocidad. Personal de recepción profesional, amable y simpático. Totalmente recomendable para familias con niños.

Apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggio gratuita in tutta l'isola. La struttura dell'albergo è spaziosa e consente di trovare sempre un posto nei servizi comuni. In piscina però a danno dell'igiene non vi è controllo per la doccia prima di entrare in acqua e per l'uso delle cuffie. Le stanze non vengono pulite né il giovedì né la domenica. E negli atri giorni dimenticano sempre di rimettere qualcosa come saponi o asciugamani o tappeto doccia. IL LETTO È TERRIBILE affossato (forse da precedenti ospiti sovrappeso). Non abbiamo dormito per tutto il soggiorno!

Comodo resort a Fuerteventura

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in quest'albergo. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto un addetto alla reception molto gentile e disponibile che, però, non parlava italiano.Ci ha sistemato in una camera al primo piano sopra la sala da pranzo con affaccio sulla piscina interna. La prima sera abbiamo avuto una piccola disavventura: entrando in camera abbiamo trovato uno scaraffaggio enorme in mezzo alla stanza. Avvisata la reception, ci hanno immediamente inviato un'addetta alle pulizie con insetticida. Purtroppo la signora non è riuscita a trovare l'insetto e pertanto abbiamo richiesto il cambio della camera. Il cambio ci è stato immediatamente concesso senza alcun problema. Siamo stati sistemati in una stanza al terzo piano con affaccio all'esterno della struttura con vista mare. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite, in linea con un tre stelle. Il cambio asciugamani era effettuato tutti i giorni della settimana eccetto il giovedì e la domenica. I pasti erano serviti a buffet e quotidianamente variavano in base al tema deciso dal cuoco. Le colazioni sono state di tipo continentale e poco variate. I prodotti utilizzati era sicuramente freschi e di buona qualità, tuttavia non molto in linea con i gusti italiani. L'animazione del hotel durava fino alle ore 23, non disturbando il riposo notturno.

Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena. El hotel esta exclusivamente pensado por y para los extranjeros, ya que las cenas tenían un horario de 18.30 a 21.30, cosa que cualquier Español le resulta difícil adaptarse a entrar al Buffet antes de las 21.15 Y aún más estando de vacaciones, ya que en una isla como fuerteventura, donde a la mayoría de lugares hay 1 hora de camino, te hacía acortar toda la tarde para llegar a tiempo a cenar. Evidentemente, acabamos cenando fuera la mayoría de días habiendo pagado el "All Inclusive". Un "todo incluido" bastante decepcionante, el cual se acababa a las 23h igual que cualquier actividad. En resumen: Desayunos: típico desayuno inglés igual cada día. Comida: cada dos días la misma comida. Cenas: No lo pudimos comprobar por lo ya comentado. Habitación: Renovada pero incomoda. En 2 habitaciones que estuvimos goteaba el techo por los aires acondicionados. Animación: Poca variedad. Personal: Nada que destacar más que un animador muy agradable (Diego).

Hotel nella media per un buon soggiorno

Il complesso si trova a poca distanza dall'aeroporto, al centro dell'isola, il che lo rende strategico per chi ha intenzione di spostarsi in auto o con i mezzi per apprezzare le bellezze uniche di questa terra. Le camere sono pulite, anche se con la grande quantità di gente che frequenta l'hotel sono presenti i classici segni di usura (righe sui muri, porte scheggiate) ma ciò non intacca sull'esperienza del soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, la formula all-inclusive comprende anche bevande ed alcolici (anche se i cocktail li fanno con una macchinetta, quindi non sono paragonabili ad un bar/pub). Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata buona, compresi gli animatori non insistenti.

The hotel and its facilities are very good, I’ll go through things one at a time.. Food: the food on the whole was above average, lots of choice, tasty and well prepared, maybe a little cold at times. Entertainment: the evening entertainment was very good, as a frequent visitor to the island, there are worse in better hotels. Pool: The pool and gardens are lovely, it is pot luck getting a sun bed, but there is generally one available, (we did stay high season) Rooms: we had a very nice room, overlooking the street rather than pool, meaning more sun, so perfect for us.

Personal desagradable, poca comida

El personal del hotel es desagradable. Cuando se acababa la comida no repostaban mas. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion y habia dos dias por semana que debido a la falta d personal no limpiaban las habitaciones. Las camas son muy incomodas y las instalaciones y las habitaciones son antiguas. La verdad que no recomendaria este hotel, nuestra estancia fue decepcionante.
