The hotel does need upgrade and remodeling, from elevator with loud noise and stopped unexpectedly. There is nothing that will us back to this hotel ever. The only person is Jennifer whom we may stop to say Hello and who is True Ambassdor of this Country Inn and Suites"

"This hotel consists of 3 rooms in a 19th century house in the Garden District. The room (and it looked like the entire house)has recently been remodeled. Care was taken to keep the reno true to the original style of the house. The room was exceptionally clean, but small. The bathroom was very small--cruise ship lower cabin small, but everything worked. The vanity sink had an excellent lighted make-up mirror. The stairway to the rooms was long and steep. "We had such a great, relaxing stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Every detail inside and out was gorgeous. We fully enjoyed having a drink out on the patio area right after we checked in and staying up late at the bar and talking to the guy who managed the property. We found out he grew up around San Jose which is close to us. He really made our first night so enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. "The hotel was great overall. I really appreciated that parking was included, and check-in was very quick and easy. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We requested a pack n play for our baby and it was provided very quickly, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect and very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"
