We booked our rooms 6 months in advance. We checked in and went to our rooms. One of them had someone else in it already. They double booked it. We were moved from a room with two queens which was needed because of the number of family members to a room with one queen. They did not offer a roll away bed to help accommodate the size of the family so some of them had to sleep on the floor. There was no reduction in price offered either. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they would have to call one, but they can't do that on the weekend. It was a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay.
