"I was very disappointed they were not ice machines on every floor. I was on the third floor, but there were no ice machines. So I was very that grateful that the FRONT DESK brought me ICE whenever I needed it needed it. Why don’t you offer shower caps automatically in every room? Ugh!"

"We had a good stay at Hotel Saint Clair. The staff was very friendly. Only thing is our room didn't have an ironing board/iron. I was only in town for the night so I didnt make a big deal out of it, but it would have been nice to have. "
