"It was good "

"We prepaid to stay there last night and we drove over and tried to check in at 11:00. There is no parking at the hotel so you have to valet. The valet was so backed up that people were double parked and just leaving their cars with the keys in it. There must have been at least 10 cars waiting to valet. There was no where to park - we drove around the block a few times hoping to find a place to wait for the valet or a place to park on the street - none of which we found. We ended up just driving back to Houston after the concert and got home after 3:30 this morning. Such a waste - we paid for a room we couldn’t even use because of their parking situation. We got the room so we didn’t have to drive back and risk falling asleep - instead we wasted an hour trying to find parking, wasted the room $$ and still had to drive back to Houston. Very very disappointing and we are NOT happy."

"The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The social hour was fun and an added treat as well as a full breakfast. The location could not have been better."

"Price was probably best in city.Location was close to downtown not far from the Titans stadium. Breakfast was underwhelming. Extra $10 for parking per night. Shower and vents could use a cleaning at top. Asked for a wake up call 1 day and they said to use my phone which I normally turn off at night."

"wifi wouldn’t connect, when we called the front desk to ask (I had work I needed to do, and specifically checked before booking that the room included wifi) was met with attitude to “just connect” even though the wifi network wasn’t visible or available. also, you have no control over the temperature of your room, and TV is only regular cable - I wasn’t able to stream anything due to the lack of wifi. no vending machines as well. absolutely gorgeous building with rich history, but for the price, much better off going somewhere more up to date."
