"There was a surprise $100 deposit when we arrived on top of the price for the room which we had already paid. Check in was at 4 PM, but you still check out at 11AM. For a 3PM check-in, there’s another fee. The hotel was nice. The staff was professional. But, the policies made it feel like a bootleg operation. "I guess you get what you pay for but this place was over all bad. The electrical socket plate came off. The refrigerator was smelly and the part of the freezer was jammed up with frost. The microwave was old and not plugged in and then when I used it, it produced a smell. The shower head was detached and could not sit up right by itself. "Very clean. Comfortable. The little touches with the decor and amenities were good. Gated sccess. Safe place."

"Such genuinely nice staff and very clean hotel. Just there is limited staff and the service at both the restaurants is very slow and a lot of the beer selection was out. Also the movies in the theater were cancelled many of the nights that we stayed there which is a big amenity we were looking forward to."

"A beautiful and spotless hotel! We checked in late (7/4–7/5), and the front desk lady was incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything clearly even though it was the middle of the night. The location is perfect for us, and parking is gated, easy, and safe. It was a peaceful and quiet stay after the bar time—highly recommend!"
