"Guy who runs property has a lovely red Ferrari. Loves to spin around the hotel courtyard at night time, anytime after 9pm until 3.30am and keep residents awake. This happened most nights we were there. Hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would go back."

"The resort was lovely, with lots of amenities and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and having a coffee machine and kettle made our mornings that little bit easier. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use many of the other amenities, but we spent plenty of time by the pool, cooling off and simply enjoying ourselves. Overall, we had a really great stay and would happily come back!"

"We had an enjoyable stay at Servatur Altamar overall. The room was lovely, with a high balcony and absolutely gorgeous views over Puerto Rico,definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great selection and plenty of choice. Check-in was also quick and easy. The main disappointment was the room cleaning. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay, and we actually had to ask for it to be cleaned, which isn't what I would expect from a hotel stay. The pool area was nice, although it's worth knowing that floats and ball games aren't allowed in the pool, which may be disappointing for families with children. We can't really comment on the evening entertainment as we went out every night. The lifts can also be a bit of a nightmare to wait for, although this seems to be fairly standard for the hillside hotels in Puerto Rico. Location-wise, the elevated position gives you fantastic views, but it does mean you're quite limited on where you can comfortably walk. The nearby Europa Shopping Centre is easily accessible, but we found that a taxi was really needed to go anywhere else. Overall, a good stay with fantastic views, a lovely room and great breakfast. With more consistent housekeeping, it would have been a much better experience."

"Amazing hotel to stay and chill out. Hotel motto is only for free minds is true. Pool is great to relax and plenty of sun beds . location is great to bars and restaurants in Yumbo. Buses near by or taxis . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room were cleaned each day to high standards.I will be staying again next year."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los dĂas excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustĂł fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente deberĂa ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
