"Pra quem viaja em família, como nós, casal com 2 filhos, é muito melhor do que hotel, pelo fato de termos 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, além da sala e cozinha. A localização é muito boa, mercado na quadra ao lado, o Parque Araucano a uma pequena caminhada e o Shopping Arauco ao lado, com muitas opções pra comer ou comprar. Considero Las Condes como a “Faria Lima” de São Paulo. Usei a lavanderia, tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendo!"

"Estuvo excelente !. Solo nos hubiera gustado que tuvieran una caja con pañuelos desechables y tanto el.shampoo como el jabón fuerin insuficientes. Faltó servicio de.limpieza en domingo. "

"From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all. "
