"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking."

They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."

Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."
