"All things considered this was a great stay. However the property is undergoing renovations therefore a lot of construction. The pool is under construction and not available but there was a contingency plan available with use of the pool on the property next door. The water was down when we arrived but our room wasn’t ready anyway so we went out for lunch, by the time we got back water was restored. "My stay was so unexpectedly disappointing. I have always had good experiences with Marriott hotels and this was definitely not to their normal standards. We booked through Expedia and they stated that parking was free. The person at the front desk said that it was actually $5 a day. This means that if you check it at 10pm on Friday and check out at 8am the next morning (roughly a 10 hour stay) you will be charged for two days of parking. And they did charge us $10 for a 10 hour stay. The desk...

The property could use some updating but the management said they were evaluated recently and would get some updates soon. Great location in St Johns Town Center. Altogether a great experience and I would stay there again."

However, housekeeping wasn't great as left one tissue in the kleenex box and there was silverware in the dishwasher, probably from the last guest. The iron leaked water. "My only con is i feel like the room air was set on a timer of some sort. The room never got cold, for someone who is hot natured it wasn’t good..The breakfast was good and the staff was amazing."
