Hotel di Almaty District

"Wonderful stay! Great hospitality and very helpful staff. We especially appreciated the useful recommendation for our transfer. The hotel is also in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. "Enjoyed our stay. Good location for visiting our friends. Breakfast was simple and bottomless. Very helpful staff."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Auch das Frühstück war großzügig und abwechslungsreich. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es, in einem Center versteckt, einen Supermarkt. Der einzige Markel war, dass es kein Fahrstuhl gibt und man seine Koffer in die erste Etage tragen muss."

"Everything was great with the exception of low A/C output. Staff and breakfast were amazing!"

"Terrible dirty sheets; extremely dirty room, no hot water , extremely poor service."

"Perfekt ! !"

"Close to station. Far from everything else. Cheap toiletries. "

"An ideal place to stay during a layover. Late-night check-in, a delicious breakfast featuring local treats, a clean rooms and gym, and friendly staff."
