We enjoyed our stay, it was a really pleasant room, overlooking the city but quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. A short walk to the river, plenty of restaurants nearby. We would stay again

A hotel in the old part of the city. Many dining options nearby. I did not take breakfast at the hotel rather went to nearby cafes which offer absolutely gorgeous breakfasts. I used the pool and sauna, and it was very nice

Not Safe Enough for Single Travaller

First day and second day in room, about 14:00 in afternoon, I heard someone knocked the door and try to get in. First day I was in sleep so I think it was a nightmare, but second day I was awake and working at the desk, someone suddenly opened the door of my room!! I went to the door and found out it is a man without hotel staff uniform so I think HE ISN'T the hotel staff or cleaner. I asked hotel front desk but got no results. Also, me and my friend were in similar rooms with similar price, but he got a fruits tray during stay, while I got nothing. I don't know why, but it made me feel discriminated.

Meget venligt personale. Temperaturen på værelset var dog lidt højt, og vi kunne ikke finde ud af at få skruet ned. Køleskabet var lukket inde i et skab, og kølede derfor ikke særligt godt.

Bra hotell i den eldre delen av Nur-Sultan

Ett bra hotell. Rommet vi fikk var litt lite men det plagde oss ikke. Baren og resturanten var bra, veldig hyggelig service, de snakket godt engelsk. Kort vei til andre resturanter og ned til elven. Hotellet ligger i den gamle bydelen.

Hotel agradable, en una zona cómoda de Astaná y con instalaciones renovadas (sobre todo teniendo en cuenta las condiciones generales del país). El personal es agradable, aunque son pocos los empleados que hablan inglés (normalmente solo las recepcionistas y no con gran fluidez). Las habitaciones son cómodas y están muy limpias, aunque son pequeñas. El buffet del desayuno es muy mejorable tanto en cantidad como en calidad.
