"This was an adorable hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating around Liverpool. The restaurant/bar downstairs was a pleasant atmosphere. They hosted a variety of events if you wanted to do something without having to leave the property. Even with everything going on it never disrupted our rest. "

"The Room was very clean as was the bathroom and toilet, The lift on the way up tto the room was very clean. Clean white cups with enough tea making items. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty to eat and the staff member who was on duty at the time was a very pleasant . The only negative part of breakfast was the eating area was very cold. But it was a very nice stay and very easy to get to the Airport just a short walk outside of the Hotel."

"From check in to check out the Staff were fantastic.. The Halyard is a wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean,the rooms were well equipped and airy.. The evening restaurant menu is small,but everything cooked from fresh in the open plan kitchen, and something for everyone on there,our young waitress ( can't remember her name) was a credit to her employers. "Quiet but well located for museums, galleries and waterfront. Small but perfectly formed room. Very clean and comfortable. Personable staff, helpful and efficient. Good breakfast. "

" Room was spacious clean and in good decorative order. Bonus having seating for the TV. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly helpful staff. Situated in a fab walking location for restaurants tours and tourist sites plus shops. Varied breakfast menu. Only suggestion is to provide individual jam / marmalade pots as the large jars were messy and almost empty."

"Just checked out from here a couple of hours ago after our second stay. We were there Friday to Monday and i have to say both me and my partner can't fault the place. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, very pleasant helpful staff and well equipped room. Add to that being located right in the city centre and reasonable prices what else can you ask for. Will definitely return in the future."
