"This property was not what we would expect from a chain such as the Wyndham. When we arrived, the lobby was messy and loud and had a funny odor. We were tired so we checked in and went to our room on the 3rd floor. Immediately, we realized the hallway smelled of vomit and there were unpicked up plates and dishes from what appeared to be room service. Our room was also messy as we found hair on the bathroom floor, a sink that was not fully cleaned and a cockroach that we stepped on and killed....

The room that we were assigned was significantly different from what was represented and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and repair. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
