"All good! Nothing that was disappointing. The design of the room was odd. As you walk in the room, the bathroom vanity is on your right, with the toilet and shower on the left (with a door). Never encountered this type of room. But, it was fine for just me in the room."

"The experience wasn’t exceptionally awful, but the room was ridden with ants eating crumbs and the shower/toilet flooded and leaked into the room directly below. Staff was relatively attentive, but definitely not communicative. I had asked for a 12pm checkout and the front desk said no problem yet at 11am I was woken up by housekeeping, I also was interrupted in my room by maintenance saying my TV wasn’t working even though it was and I hadn’t called or made any complaint about it not working. It worked fine. "

"The front clerk did not Let me check in and I was having arythmia a heart episode and front desk was of know help. I left with family to attend to me."

"We booked it because the photos of the hot tub and after a day of skiing was looking forward to it. The hot tub and pool seem to be going through major renovations and was shut down. The TVs have very basic channels and no capabilities to log in to apps. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The rest of the property needs some attention. Nice stay for the price."

"I truly enjoyed my stay however our bathtub in room 435 was not functioning properly. The water backed up when we showered. That should be looked into. "
