"This is our 3rd stay at the Store in the past 7 months and won’t be our last. We love staying at this central, modern and well designed hotel. It has the right amount of luxury and the staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms do vary but we have begun to become familiar with some of the rooms. They have a very good breakfast with some continental items but you may also order from the à la carte menu. We chose not to include breakfast this time only because we eat too much when we do!...

"Very quaint hotel that was perfect for our overnight stay in Oxford. We even looked into trying to stay another night but all the rooms were booked! :) There is a very nice green space that we used to relax and read. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Great location, picturesque river view, nice large outdoor patio, cosy bar restaurant area, good breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: Room requires a thorough cleaning, very dusty with a musty smell, carpet should be cleaned or removed. Given the price paid the room was uncomfortable and disappointing. "

"Room was quirky, clean and had good amenities (perhaps only missing an iron?) with a particularly good shower and comfortable bed. The location is great, not in centre but a nice walk with plenty of cafe’s, restaurants and bars nearby. Only downside’s We stopped on a Friday and Saturday night and it was noisy from the bar/karaoke downstairs till circa 1am, (we had fun guessing what the song was) however they do warn you when booking and provide ear plugs. Also the stairs are quite steep but...

"Step into Room 18 , although signed , is a bit precarious if you are unsteady on your feet . Light switch to bathroom kept falling off . Breakfast , although nice , is overpriced . Location is very convenient for city Centre . "

Excellent shower. hotel has no restaurant, bar, sitting room, gym or other facilities beyond the room Room was missing many small essentials appropriate for this class and price level hotel eg, no fridge, no coffee maker, no conditioner in shower, no bathroom vanity kit, no wine glasses or nice drinks tumblers, and for a hotel without any restaurant or bar, no snacks or minbar items available at reception. "Super clean and modern unit right off the main drag in Oxford. The only issue here was the noise from the unit above, sounds like they are crashing around, but they are just walking. Besides this 5 star and bring earplugs"
