"Like many places off the typical path in Mexico, getting to Tsaakik, and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. Once we got inside the gates, the place was a "gem in the jungle". Maryella and her brother Alex were fantastic and so helpful! Would recommend this Gem to everyone looking for a relaxing stay. "

"We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. "I was happy with the hotel shuttle, once I figured out the transportation system in Cancun. The hotel restaurant provided what I was looking for, both for lunch and dinner. I was traveling alone and didn’t feel comfortable venturing out to eat, so the hotel gave me the safety and security I needed. The pool was outdoors and I didn’t want to be in the sun so opted not to swim, but several customers seemed to be enjoying the pool. "

"We loved this place as a family! The spa experience was incredible. The only thing disappointing was the noisy doors in the middle of the night. Some guests were very inconsiderate and just keeps shutting it off so loud. You can hear guests from the hallways. It’s a big building but looks like doors are thin enough that you can hear every single noise at night. "
