"First, the Good: The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning."

I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. "Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey."
