"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."

"The room was very clean and spacious. I traveled with my service animal and they accommodated me on the first floor and by an exit. It was easy access for me to get to my car & for whenever my dog needed walking. The breakfast area was accommodating and there were several options to choose from. My only complaint would be the noise that was constantly happening outside my room door as it was located directly infront of the pool."

"Very clean and spacious room with a little kitchenette, furnished with everything you may need for a shorter or longer stay. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage biscuits and waffle maker. Elevator wasn’t working. The hotel is near a mall so lots of dining options around. "

"Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep. "
