Architecturally sound and a beautiful building, however the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear my neighbors TV (Seinfeld episodes) until about 10:00 p.m. . There were a few pieces of paper on the floor that did not belong to us. The bathroom was spotless, both in the room and in the common area. Breakfast is good enough.

Voco Newbury Hotel is a spotless place with beautiful, large rooms that have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff was okay overall. The only downside is the noise, it’s very easy to hear everything from the rooms upstairs, including walking, talking, and other noises, which can be disruptive.

Our visit started with Christy at the front desk. We had arrived prior to check-in time. She found a room for us and quickly had us on our way to our beautiful room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious; service was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
