This is about me booking this property on Expedia, them confirming my booking and when I arrived in New Zealand to this property it was already occupied by another couple and I was then sent another address and property that was NOTHING similar to what I actually booked. "Terrific accomodation! Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Large apartment with beautiful bay view and balcony. Free on-site parking. Laundry room for guests. Excellent restaurants located next to Panorama Motor Lodge property. Bonus:"Bay Hill" park across the street provides huge area for safe jogging and recreation/relaxation. We were especially thrilled to see several Blue Penguins march onto shore during nesting season. Highly recommend this property!"
