I was allowed early check-in as I was early. The desk clerk was very accommodating. Upon entry with my baggage I tripped over an improperly placed rug at the front of the hotel. The desk clerk did come to help me. I was not seriously injured. The room was dirty. Carpet was stained as was the couch. ...
