"Excellant hotel room and staff "

"Room clean, tidy and lovely comfy bed, breakfast was great. Only problem we had was with the bathroom. Frequent loud gurgling noise through the pipes which we assume was due to other guests using their bathroom plus one major downside was that our rain head shower didn’t work. Water gushed from the top of the head and down the sides. Thankfully there was a little handheld shower head too. Reported to reception staff but no apology. "

"Easy check in, nice room, comfortable bed and pillows, lovely shower and complementary Dove shampoo and body wash, staff so welcoming and friendly, only a 7min walk to abba arena and a 5 minute walk to westfield shopping complex"

"The rooms are very well proportioned with beautiful period features, high ceilings and painted to a very high standard. Having a spacious modern and contemporary kitchen, dining and lounge area and with an extra TV made the experience feel really homely. Excellent value for money as well. The reception staff were very friendly and being located near Bethel Green a five minute walk away meant accessibility to central London by the central line was a 10 minute journey. The location in Tower Hamlets is diverse, multicultural and lively. We felt safe but notice there was a fair amount of social deprivation graffiti and in need of investment. "

"Great hotel, ideal location for Abba Voyager show (which was pretty amazing btw). The staff were so pleaant and helpful and friendly, Breakfast was wonderful offering a very wide choice to select from. I would deinitely recommend a visit to this hotel and if I am back in London I would certainly stay here again. Also, for a shopper like me, the proximity to a huge shopping mall, icing on the cake!"
