"The smells were overwhelming in the room, and hallways. Just terrible. Windowsills not cleaned, appeared to have dried blood. Air conditioner slats were broken, and when we tried to use it, puffs of dust and debris shot out. The bathroom was clean. Hallway rugs were unvacummed and were dirty as well. We won’t stay in a Quality Inn again. "

I specifically asked for housekeeping to come on our 3rd day to take out trash and refresh towels. I was assured they come daily (they hadn’t yet up to this point). When we returned at the end of the day, housekeeping has not come. Front desk person had someone come up promptly to take trash and give us new towels."
