"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building and the rooms were recently updated, and everything was very clean and tidy. The airport was literally across the parking lot and no shuttle was needed. Coin laundry was available by purchasing tokens at the front desk. The bedding was clean and comfortable with nice pillows. "This is a delightfully unique property with outstandingly friendly, polite and attentive staff. It may be owned by a big chain, but it is as charming and gracious as any bed and breakfast inn. We feel we found the best accommodations in Juneau and right down the street (4-5 miles) from the only glacier park you can drive to. Our room (201) was spacious, clean, cozy and well appointed. I am a particularly fussy traveler but have to say I was so pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this property and our stay. Thank you all!!"
