Perfect Juneau hotel. Upscale, clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, and very close to shopping and local attractions. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Juneau.
The hotel is very close to downtown of Juneau. Walking distance to restaurants and shoppings.
The room is clean. Towels are changed daily. Highly recommended.
Older hotel centrally located. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, tram and other tourist activities. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Views were great facing the inlet.
The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too.

Large window overlooking the port, was a wonderful view of float planes taking off, and watching the cruise ships.
A new, modern place to stay nestled between downtown Juno and the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide all of the amenities you'll need for your business or personal trip. Bright and clean bathrooms with excellent showers. Very friendly front desk staff. And a workout room with just enough equipment to make you sweat, whether you're a gym rat or occasional sweater. Great neighborhood with many of the best Juneau attractions within walking distance.

Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice.
I loved the fresh coffee that was available every morning in the lobby., that the bus station was next door, and that there were a dozen bars, shops, restaurants, trailheads, and activities within walking distance. The window views and staff were nice. My only small complaint might be that a small continental breakfast would’ve been great. There are few breakfast places that open before nine in Downtown Juneau.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed here because it was directly across the street from our cruise embarkation. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We stayed one night on either end of our cruise. The first night there was a problem with the boiler, so the shower was luke warm at best. Second night it was rather warm in the room and there is no AC. Sleeping with the window open made it bearable.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The property is in need of updating. For example, the bathroom had no fan.

Disliked: Amenities
Facilities were acceptable. Personnel were not very helpful especially the concierge. Good location. At least offer pastries. When we finally noticed the coffee pot it was empty.
The view and the location are the only positives of this hotel.
What the photos don’t show is how dated this place is or that it smells like musty old carpet and stale smoke that they attempt to cover up with overly strong plug ins in the hallways. It smells like a smoker with too much perfume.
The bed was too soft for two people to share. I spent the whole night tipped sideways like sharing an air mattress with a heavier person. Pillows are lumpy when you lay down and flat as a pancake by morning.
When I booked this place there was a restaurant advertised but no such thing when we checked in. The room was mostly clean but there was quite a bit of hair in the corners when we checked in. On our last morning the cleaning lady barged right into our room without knocking, several hours before our checkout time.
Front desk staff was polite when we checked in but on second night the front desk girl was eating takeout with her friends at the tables in the lobby when we stopped by to buy bottled waters. This is not the kind of facility or service I would expect from Marriott or Sheraton. In fact for the same $500/night we stayed in much nicer hotels on the Vegas strip.
I get that Juneau is remote and a tourist town but this is ridiculous. We would not stay here again.
Great location. Perfect for walking everywhere in downtown Juneau. The staff was friendly, the rooms were big, clean and bright. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was clean. The mattresses were clean. The only thing that would have made the room AMAZING would have been a room at the front of the hotel so that we could see the port and harbor and a little more night sky. As is, the room at the back of the hotel faced a nice bunch of trees and some houses, and a slightly noisy air conditioner. And that was fine, but a little disappointing given the amazing scenery out the front windows. We stayed for a week. The staff had my room number and promised to call me day or night if a bear wandered by the hotel, but sadly, no bears.
