"They were doing renovations. The room was humid. I believe the carpet had been cleaned and was not completely dry. The air conditioner was set to 69. The thermostat could be changed but the air temperature never changed. "

"We were okay with the property itself and the atmosphere. Very open centralized lobby with beautiful live fish and waterfall. Noticed the handicap sign was run into, pushed over (bent) and not fixed. We arrived during rain, and the roundabout door was not functional. Side doors to main entrance were not CLEARLY visible. Once inside, it was clear that renovations were underway for the main desk. The 2 desk attendants were very consumed with 1 guest and a lot of communication via a walkie talkie....
