New and very high end facility. Loved to stay with our two kids. Room was wide enough and staff also helped for an additional bed. Location is close to the city center however surrounding area does not match with the quality of the hotel. But it doesn't impact your stay in any way.. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The staff were all really professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice and they would bring you extra things if you asked. I ate at the restaurant as well and it was good. The room I was in had an interconnecting door. I was lucky that the family in the next room were quiet but you could hear them when they were talking at a normal volume so the room could potentially be noisy.

Poor sound insulation for non-suite rooms

Everything about the hotel was excellent except the beds were a little hard and the sound insulation was very poor. Our room had a door in it that led to the adjoining room, which meant that we could not only hear our neighbors talking, but even their phone alarm that went off at 4:30 a.m. as if it was coming from our own room. (I even got out of bed to find my husband’s phone since it was so loud that I was sure it was coming from his phone.) We called the front desk to switch rooms to one without an adjoining room, but the staff told us that only suites have rooms without adjoining doors, so we would have to pay for an upgrade if we wanted one.

The hotel in pictures looks great but actually they can not sustain high geen the room service are horrible and not collaborative and when I first check in the bar fredge was dirty and sticky and the class was not cleaned properly and when I spoke whith them they did nothing and every time I asked for the manager they have an execuse for me not to meet him and also the bathroom was not cleaned properly and so many things that should reduce the rating for this hotel it is for sure not a 4.5 star

الغرف مافيها عازل صوت اي شي يصير بالممر تسمعه بوضوح الفندق مقابل قاعده عسكريه كان في مناورات عسكريه في اول الصباح كان صعب النوم. لكن الفندق نظيف .
