"I booked for 3 rooms. The receptionist didn’t allow us to get all 3 rooms. Instead, he insisted that all guests should be available on the same time we checked in, so I had to wait my family arrive to get access for the rooms"

"The hotel confused my booking and set me up in 2 villas. The villa i received was full of sand, the surfaces were smugged frommprevious use, the furniture was marred with cigareete burns, the tv was not hooked up and had protective film still on it, there was no internet service. I attempted to csncel my secpnd night with a refund and I was denied. I was charged for the four breakfast I didn't attend too. "
