"We had a very comfortable stay at Luxotel. The staff ist very kind and provides perfect service. The breakfast is very good with a huge variety of tasty things. Direct access to the beach with a nice and colourful little house reef which ist perfect for snorkeling beginners. Also for beginners who aren't feeling that comfortable with diving or snorkeling you could do sea trek with helmets. At the dive center everything worked fine for me. We totally recommend Luxotel, perfect for some...

"Checking in was chaos, staff could not cope with amount of people. When we finally started the process of checking in the hotel telephone started to ring. The female member of staff immediately stopped serving us and answered the telephone despite the fact she was in the middle of serving us ! This is very bad manners to answer telephone whilst dealing with a customer who is currently being served at check in. The female member of staff forgot to give us our passports as she had put them next...

"Great location right across from the beach. Rooms are quiet despite the activity outside on the street. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast spread was amazing, had lots of local options to try. Our only complaint is that it says that you have free self-park on site which is not true. It was a scramble just to find any random parking on the street. "

"This place is absolutely disgusting. We booked 9 nights. This hotel is full of roaches!!!!! And they are really big…. To top it off the shower was broken upon arrival. Then the restroom door knob was broken. And we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We called them to fix or to switch us to a diffrent room. They declined and kind you they were at our hotel until 3 am to fix the restroom things and said we did the best we could. And as for the roaches. They said it comes with hotel we can’t do...

"Ohh espectacular el lugar entre las montañas! La cena / desayuno es completo! Tiene un bar con música puedes estar y beber, muy padre esta entre las piedras muy de acuerdo a la epoca, El chavo que canta nos llevo entre montaña para las fotos, uff vale totalmente la pena una caminata de 20 min subir y las fotos de todo campamento Muy recomendable "

"It’s a new hotel so it’s in a very good condition. Upon check-in, Mr. Nader gave me an upgrade and breakfast. The room was cosy and clean with a view of the Red Sea. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great - about 5 mins walk to Aqaba Castle and the beach, shops, restaurants and others. I’m happy with my choice of hotel. Thank you Mr. Nader"
