"I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead. "The staff and service was excellent. Super professional, kind, and hospitalable. The check-in process was smooth. Shuttle will transport you across the desert to the camp site. Campsite was beautiful and taken care of well from the outside. Set proper expectation: more of a glamping experience, rather than a luxury hotel. "This place is absolutely disgusting. We booked 9 nights. This hotel is full of roaches!!!!! And they are really big…. To top it off the shower was broken upon arrival. Then the restroom door knob was broken. And we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We called them to fix or to switch us to a diffrent room. They declined and kind you they were at our hotel until 3 am to fix the restroom things and said we did the best we could. And as for the roaches. They said it comes with hotel we can’t do...
