Nice hotel set back from city center staff are excellent and breakfast is very good ...aqaba is a really nice place with some great restaurants ...we spent 2 days at the berenice club which was really worth it....
The place is amazing for the price. The room is spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony! The staff were sooooo niice and welcoming, especially Shahd at the reception and Ahmad Al-Masri at the restaurant. They were really helpful. The hotel has underground parking which was so convenient as well and there is a pharmacy in case someone needed anything. Highly recommended and would definitely go again!!
The staff truly tries to go above & beyond for you despite the ask or hour! Truly clean in a world of filth. Super impressed! While operating in a calm manner, they’re truly compassionate. Thank you so much! LOVED THEIR STAFF!
Great hotel with beautiful rooms, nice amenities like rooftop pool, delicious morning breakfast, bars, and great staff. Only downside is that it is a bit far away from the center of Aqaba, but still within walking distance. Overall a really wonderful stay and at a great price!
Great hotel with e clean facade and a great view in an easily accessible part of the city close to the downtown area. The staff are super friendly and helpful and gave me some tips on the best seafood restaurants. There is a rooftop view with a 360° view of the whole of Aqaba. I stayed 3 nights, and would definitely come again
This hotel is about 1 km walk from the main roundabout of Aqaba so the traffic density and noise is far reduced. The staff, whilst not being rude at all, seemed to not simply care about providing a great service. It has free parking in the basement but if you have more than a midsize car it will be tight to get in and out. The rooftop pool is small and closed at sunset.
*The front desk staff, upon our arrival, spoke English very well. He was very friendly, helpful and an extreme resource. *Found 2 long hairs hanging from a towel. And a couple around the floor. But overall the room was very clean and presentable *Stayed 2 night, ran out of toilet paper the first night and house keeping didn't refill it. *Loved the variety of food at the buffet and some items changed from day to day *the water in the shower is super cold the first 5 minutes, then it goes hot. * Bed comfortable * only 1 channel on the tv. No smart tv, to screen share. *Hotel on high point and room had a beautiful view of the city.
The property is managed like a 3-star hotel. The workers (waiters, front desk staff, etc.) are fine, friendly, and helpful. Management seems to stand around neither supporting nor working yet delegating and redirecting rather than exploring the systems and processes in play which likely lead to unhappy customers...
