The staff are wonderful, especially the bar and restaurant groups and still see many friendly members from our previous visits such as Albert (incredible manager), Adriana (buffet, the best!), Wilbert (lobby bar extraordinaire), German (beach manager, outstanding) and so many more - Thank you to all for your service. The renovated rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with a small seating area and couch. However, the true beauty is outside with a stunningly kept property - a true paradise on earth. "Staff are very friendly and attentive, the mini bar was always well stocked, and the housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room tidy and clean everyday! The Spa was a definite highlight! Some of the best treatments I've ever had, I highly reccomended the Mayan Massage Experience! This was our first all inclusive experience, and I dont think it will be our last!"
