"the pool was green from algae and they refused to let me in to lay on recliners even though i promised not to get in pool.so i transferred to another hotel with 3 days remaining and they refused the refund for final 3 days"

"We use this hotel to stay one night before our early flight. The person at the hotel stated that they had complementary Uber for us to get from airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport for our flight. When I attempted to get the Uber from the airport to the hotel for check in. I called the hotel desk and could not get anyone on the phone. Multiple attempts and the line was busy. So we paid for our own Uber to check in. When I arrive to the hotel to let the receptionist know that we were calling and the phone line was busy for extended period. She stated that she was on the phone and that she was sorry. The room was clean enough to get a night sleep and head to the airport. It’s not an extended stay hotel. I believe they have breakfast however we left by 6 o’clock and there was no breakfast out there. We were able to get our Uber complementary back to the airport. The pictures online make the hotel look really nice. However, the lobby was really dark. "

"James was professional and helpful. However, the morning receptionist was not helpful. I informed her that the water was clogged and not draining, which prevented me from taking a shower and caused me to be late for my meeting. She did nothing and did not solve the problem."

"Free breakfast, room was decent. Had to call for maintenance because our shower would not drain the water - the maintenance team did come quickly and fix the issue. No room service - we were not told room service comes only every 5 days out you hand to request it the day before. Additionally I called in advance and was told I could use 2 different cards when I checked in 1 for the deposit and 1 for the balance and was told that was fine. Got to the hotel and then was told I had to use 1 card for everything up front and then they could split the fees after check out which made no sense to me. Hotel wasn’t bad if you’re looking for something basic with safe feel. If you’re looking for anything extravagant then this isn’t you’re go to. 6/10"
