My room was on the ground floor and a homeless man was filling his jugs with water. It woke me up at 1am. The staff was able to change my room to the other side of the hotel without any issues. They were fully booked during the busy spring break. I was quire impressed.

A great home away from home spit

This is one of the best hotel in AZ. I’ve been going there for years now and I always loved the breakfast served by the hotel and the staff is always friendly.

While this property is marketed as a three-star hotel, the experience is more accurately described as a 2.5-star stay. The value is fair given the lower price point, but there are clear inconsistencies in both the facilities and the service. The guest rooms are generally in good condition, featuring relatively new furniture and well-maintained kitchens. Silverware very old. However, the bathrooms were only partially updated during the last remodel, leaving the original bathtubs and showers in place. Similarly, the breakfast is a scaled-back version of the standard Marriott selection in terms of quality and variety; it is functional, but those expecting the full brand experience may be disappointed. My most significant issue involved the guest laundry. The payment system for the modern machines was confusing and unreliable, neither machine were able to process a transaction. When I sought assistance, the front desk manager was dismissive, stating they could not help and had no information on when maintenance might arrive. They made no effort to inspect the machines or offer a workaround. Through further investigation on my end I found the older dryer functioned independently of the faulty payment system, which was the only reason I could finish my laundry. While this is a viable budget-friendly option for a brief stay, the lack of professional concern from management makes it unlikely that I will return.

Only downside was that it appears to be a smoking area very close to the main entrance, requiring breathing cigarette smoke to enter the property—otherwise, an excellent place for families given the kitchenette and laundry facility. There is a $5 parking fee that I wasn't aware of; it should be clearly stated before the booking is made.

Great condition and upkeep i side and outside. Breakfast was good and well-stocked and managed. The area was a bit noisy. One night I woke up by a loud bang outside. Other evenings traffic noise can be heard till 10-11 pm. Great place for a relaxing stay, otherwise. Fair price and great value I think.

Late night check in. Great Breakfast

Arrived late evening. No one at the front desk. Called the hotel and no answer. Walked around and found the front desk person in the fitness room stocking waters. Room was cold and I was unable to control the thermostat. Great breakfast and friendly staff. All in all a good stay and I would return.
