"Checked in is anytime after three. Got there at 430. Front desk said they had one clean room but it was next to housekeeping. We decided to take it anyways. Went up and room was dirty. Towels everywhere and bed slept in. Went back down stairs and was told we had to wait or we could go somewhere else. Terrible service."

"I came in expecting to receive the room i reserved but was hit with bs from the front desk person! Proceeds to tell me that my room was sold to someone else and the only available room was a smoking room i was very upset. But because i had already checked in and had no were else to go i had no choice but to suffer the three nights in a horrible smoking room. Also the neighbors are rude letting there kids run up and down the halls like it was an elementary school. I never complain but i felt...

"If you wanted to stay in a room where someone said Ikea furniture is too expensive and nice, then this is your place... no glasses... no ice bucket... blank walls... and the cheapest furniture they could find. The designer should be fired that created a bad overall feel that makes it hard to relax."

"The room had roaches and when brought to the attention of the manager, first he didn't believe me until i took one to the front desk in a cup. I ask for another room they would not change my room. Had to biy bug spray😡😤 disgusting "

"There was a kiosk in the office that connected to a call center in India and the speaker was so bad I almost couldn't get checked it. There were several crackheads in the parking lot in various states of consciousness. The room was actually half decent however it was literally just beds and a TV. No other amenities whatsoever. Spent the whole night wondering if my truck would still be there untouched in the morning. "
