"Very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We used the complementary shuttle the hotel offers to get to the airport. I would like to give a special mention to Anandhanu (not sure of spelling) a young gentleman that works the front desk. He was helpful and went above and beyond to solve the issue I had. "

"At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was very dirty.The toilet seat was broken. The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn. We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel. The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use. The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi. Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in any other country."
