"Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again."

"The accommodation is beautifully presented and all the fittings are of a high quality and spotlessly clean. The room was very comfortable and during a heatwave the provided fan was sufficient to keep the room cool enough to be confortable. I spent the evening in the pub (next door and also the reception for the property) which was also well presented and welcoming. "Excellent stay with breakfast. Air con was great given the 39 C temps this weekend. We brought dog and were well received by staff. Any gripes would be that a 3 pm check in is a bit late and equally a noon check out could be shirtened to 11.30 to get a 2.30 check in. Noise involving so called music blasting from nearby venue a shame."

"Our March visit wasn’t the greatest, but this time around all the previous issues were gone. Room was clean, well stocked, and cool despite the heat outside. Service was friendly and helpful. The problem with the key cards malfunctioning had disappeared. I’m glad I gave it a 2nd chance! This is a great location for us and we will be back."

"We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!"

"Super cute Pub and Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. Water pressure is a bit low in the shower and just a heads up, there's no elevator. Stairwell is a bit steep and narrow, so if you have heavy big suitcases, traveling with children, or elderly, make sure to ask rooms on the 1st floor if possible. "
