"We travel quite a bit, and this is genuinely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we have had. First and foremost, a HUGE mention for Medi at front of house. What an absolute gem! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His warmth and genuine kindness made our stay so memorable. Management, look after this man – he deserves a medal!A personal thank you to the General Manager for the lovely bottle of wine and to all the staff who helped organise my husband's birthday surprises. Such thoughtful touches!The gardens are stunning, full of beautiful plants and fruit trees. My favourite spot was the tranquil courtyard with its fountain. The food was brilliant, restaurant staff super friendly, and the all-inclusive drinks selection one of the best we've experienced.The evening entertainment was outstanding! The band kept us dancing, karaoke was great fun, and the lead female singer has an incredible voice. The location is fantastic, with the souks within easy walking distance. Even the porters and security guards at the entrance were so welcoming, always asking about our day. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping made me smile every day by arranging my pyjamas into different patterns! My only gripe was the pool, which was advertised as heated but unfortunately wasn't. Thank you to everyone, but especially Medi. You are what makes this hotel special. Give that man a medal! ❤️"

"The general presentation of the hotel was good & our room was spacious, with the exception of the bathroom, which was relatively small. Areas were also dated & in need of maintenance, including the studio area of the gym, which looked shabby & abandoned, unlike the photograph! The location was good; breakfast was excellent. Some nights it was difficult to sleep due to the volume of music."

"Beautiful riad, you will not regret booking it! It will be my go to place when I’m back in Marrakech! It’s close to the main square and the staff welcome you like family. Evening entertainment was exceptional as well. You won’t regret your stay here."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were comfortable and maintained. Overall the riad is quiet and blocked from outside noise, but you can hear every door open and close throughout the night, so not great if you are a light sleeper."

"Spotless, wonderfully friendly staff and a great waterpark. Food was fine, could do with reorganising the buffet and the drinks were ok. Beers good and wines nice but spirits are limited. The kids love the waterpark and the snacks poolside were great. Quick cab ride into town with taxi rank right outside."
