"Stayed only one night but everything was great. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The airport shuttle service was there waiting when I arrived - no issues."

"Nice hotel very close to Accra’s international airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had excellent hot showers! Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and they were very accommodating in making us vegetarian meals off the menu, even though the main meal was a buffet. While we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean and combo indoor outdoor. We wished we had more time to try it! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall a great experience and well worth the fair price!"

"I really enjoyed my time in Ghana staying at Kass Towers. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was in excellent condition and very clean and with all appliances pretty much provided. We had a two bed apartment and it was very spacious and like a home away from home. The gym is absolutely great and the swimming pool excellent. The bar by the pool was very quiet and not a great selection but it definitely doesn’t distract from the fact that the whole environment was great. I will definitely come back. "I was attended by three people, first the trainee, then another lady and then finally a person called Devine. I was there 1.23pm and I was given an option taking room with 2 single beds by Devine which I refused. He then offered 1 Queen bed, and I rejected it and told him I need what I booked, a King size bed. He said that wont be ready till 3pm as thats the check in time and I told him I wont mind waiting. I went back around 3.25pm and got my keys in like 5 minutes by same person."

"The room was tired, well used and far from “luxury“ for us it was ok as it was a stop for a few hours and jumping on an early flight. I booked this as they said there was an airport shuttle, when messaging them on the day of arrival where to meet they said there is no airport shuttle unless we booked 24hrs in advance - tip for Lennox - put this in the listing!!! When I questioned this, the reply was not supportive or that polite “kind of like it lump it” "

"The Hotel is no where near what is being advertised. It requires a major upgrade."
